What is Womb Continnum Care?

Womb Continuum Care is a hands-on hands-in approach to women’s healthcare. It is bodywork that is focused on recentering, realigning and reclaiming a woman’s own body and womb space.

Womb Continuum Care is for all women, from first bleed to last and beyond; supporting the feminine through her cycles and seasons. I approach and tend to the body with deep reverence and care, listening in the moment to what your fascia, tissues, nervous system are communicating to me and to you.

In a society that says, “you can do it alone”, I offer open hands and a willing heart ready to witness, tend to, and honour what is being held in your tissues. Through your sessions, you will be guided into deeper awareness and embodiment of your breath, womb and internal waters.
