Clinic Policies

By filling out the health history form at your first appointment or when updating your health records with us, you are consenting to our clinic policies. Our policies will be enforced by your individual practitioner at every appointment.

Cancellation Policy

We require 24 hours notice for any cancellations. Last minute cancellations may result in a $35 fee.

Due to the changing circumstances with COVID-19, we understand that there may be some challenges and we ask that you contact us as close to 24 hours in advance as possible.

By following our cancellation policy, we can help serve our clientele better by offering cancelled appointments to our clients on waitlists.

No Show Fee

We charge a No Show Fee of $35 for every half hour (30 minutes) missed. Repeated no shows will be charged their full appointment fee. We reserve the right to assess repeated no shows and apply the fee accordingly.

Rescheduling due to COVID-19

Please reschedule your appointment if

  • You or anyone in your household has COVID, flu or cold symptoms
  • You or anyone from your household or other close contact has been exposed to COVID-19
  • You or anyone from your household is waiting for COVID test results, has symptoms or has been told to isolate.
