FST, That Stretch Girl

Carli Morrow began her journey in the health and wellness field in 2016 as a Canfitpro Personal Training Specialist. After experiencing the benefits of Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST) firsthand, she quickly pursued certification and discovered her true calling during her very first hands-on training session. Dedicated to helping clients relieve pain, improve mobility, and feel better in their bodies, Carli now holds the highest level of FST certification—Level 3—earned in Chandler, Arizona under the founders of the technique, making her the first and only Level 3 Fascial Stretch Specialist in Woodstock, ON.

In addition to her stretch therapy expertise, Carli is trained in Craniosacral Therapy and now offers these services either on their own or in combination with FST for enhanced results. She is passionate about expanding her knowledge of connective tissue and refining her techniques to help clients move more freely and live pain-free lives. A recipient of the Woodstock Chamber of Commerce Young Entrepreneur/Young Professional Award (2021), Carli is a trusted expert in her field, committed to gentle, effective therapies that make a real difference.
