Carli entered into the health and wellness industry in 2016 as a Canfitpro Personal Training Specialist. During this time she was introduced to Fascial Stretch Therapy as a client and loved everything about it so when the opportunity presented itself to get certified in Fascial Stretch Therapy she jumped on it. Half way through day one of the hands-on training in Toronto, she realized she had found her calling and there was no looking back. She loved being able to help people with their pain, discomfort and mobility issues—often seeing a reduction in symptoms immediately.

In December 2021 (after a year long delay due to Covid) Carli traveled to the Stretch To Win headquarters in Chandler, Arizona to obtain her Level 3 Certified Fascial Stretch Specialist certification (the highest certification currently available with less than 1000 Level 3 certified practitioners world wide) under the instruction of Anne and Chris Frederick, the founders and directors of FST, making her the first Level 3 certified practitioner in Woodstock, ON. Now a Level 3 Stretch Specialist and 2021 Woodstock Chamber of Commerce Young Entrepreneur/Young Professional award winner she looks forward to expanding her knowledge of the body and the connective tissue as well as fine tuning her technique to continue to help people feel better, move better and live a pain free life.
