Jessica Yates has been a Registered Canadian Reflexology Therapist with the Reflexology Association of Canada & Indian Head Massage practitioner for the past 14 years. Jessica is a Mother of 4 children ranging in ages 19-5. She also has many fur babies which entails a couple Bernese, an Eskie, a handful of cats and of course her hand raised chickens! After receiving Foot Reflexology for migraines, anxiety and leg swelling during a pregnancy in 2007, Jessica became a true believer in the amazing benefits of Reflexology, and all it had to offer for our overall health.
Jessica has worked at multiple Naturopathic clinics as well as offering mobile treatments for those who felt more comfortable staying in their own home. Jessica has worked with clients from babies to the very elderly. She is able to educate parents interested in learning about applying Reflexology to their babies or young ones to help with anything from sleep, colic & digestion issues to teething. She has helped mothers induce naturally into labour.
She has experience helping women deal with alleviating discomfort from PMS issues, Endometriosis to infertility. She has eased terminally ill into a relaxed state, reducing pain and discomfort. As well as experience in treatment during end of life care. She has worked on teenagers dealing with symptoms from sports injuries to anxiety and ADHD. Jessica also has experience with clients with diabetes, fibromyalgia, IBS and many other digestive issues, anxiety & depression to name a few. She pays careful attention to her clients lifestyles and what they are seeking to achieve through their treatments. A treatment is generally 1 hour in length. You will sit in a comfortable zero gravity chair or lay on a massage table. Clients remain fully clothed for Reflexology treatment except for the feet and lower legs.
